EarnLeague ("we", "us", or "our") operates the EarnLeague platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials provided through Firebase Authentication (including Google Sign-In).

Instagram Data

When you connect your Instagram account, we access the following data through the Meta/Instagram API with your explicit consent:

Your Instagram username and profile picture
Follower count and media count
Your published media (posts, reels, stories) including captions, media URLs, and timestamps
Engagement metrics: likes, comments, impressions, reach, saves, and plays

We only access data for permissions you have explicitly granted. We do not post to your Instagram account or access your direct messages.

Contest and Submission Data

When you participate in contests, we collect the content you submit, associated metadata, and any information you provide in your submissions.

To provide, operate, and maintain our platform
To verify contest eligibility and track submissions
To display your connected social media metrics on your profile and in contests
To communicate with you about your account, contests, and prizes

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Instagram data is refreshed periodically and old data is replaced. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of access tokens and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
